The Registrar seeking accreditation from the services of NIC Mauritania will have to demonstrate that it:

1.     Masters the principles and operating procedures of the Internet Domain Name System (DNS),

2.     Masters the materials and technical rules allowing him to carry out operations with the NIC Mauritania,

3.     Has the necessary human and technical resources to ensure the updating of the administrative and technical data provided by the domain name applicants for their identification,

4.     Has a website for public display of:

·       fees in Ouguiya and possibly in other currencies,

·       services offered around the registration of a domain name,

·       the .mr naming chart
